• Spot clean walls (visible marks only)

• Remove all rubbish

• Clean oven inside and outside (including trays and racks)

• Clean cooktop and splashback

• Degrease rangehood and clean filters

• Clean sink and taps

• Clean cupboards and drawers (inside and outside)

• Clean dishwasher (filter and exterior)

• Clean fridge inside and outside (if included)

• Mop and degrease kitchen floors

🚿 Bathrooms & Toilets

• Clean and disinfect toilet (inside, outside, base and behind)

• Clean shower screens and remove soap scum

• Clean bathtub

• Clean vanity, sink and taps

• Clean mirrors

• Clean tiles and grout

• Clean exhaust fans

• Mop and disinfect floors

🛏 Bedrooms

• Vacuum or mop floors

• Clean wardrobes, shelves and rails

• Sweep balcony, patio or terrace

• Clean external doors

• Sweep garage

• Clean accessible drainage grates

• Bond cleaning is performed to real estate exit standards

• A tax invoice is provided upon completion

• Carpet steam cleaning available upon request
